Oct 23, 2010 · Hes saying that there defo a blockage somewhere as when you ask for CH the boiler kicks in for 2.37 minutes, shuts off and then the flow pipe at the megaflo for the CH gets boiling hot (you can't touch it), goes through the motorised valve, (which is hot) carries on into the return pipe and then it goes cold just below the bypass valve (this has been checked and is ok).
